In central Maine I am paying $2.46 for regular gas.

Here in San Jose, CA it is $2.86 at my local independent station.

Geez, just hit $2.99 at my local station. There are cheaper places to buy gas if you pay cash. I go to this one because it is usually very close to the cheapest for places that accept credit cards and is right next to the Post Office.

 Today, at our local AM/PM, regular is posted at $2.89. The franchise seems to like a ten cent spread between the 3 grades! As if there were any extra cost involved, huh? Oh...Up around Sacto....

 This afternoon, reg was $2.93. Mid @ $3.03, and Prem @ $3.09. First time in my memory (not that it's any good...) there hasn't been ten cents between all grades! Wassup wiff dat?

Gas just hit $3.09/gal at my local favorite! That is a 10 cent jump since I last looked 2 days ago....

Our AM/PM, yesterday, raised the price of each grade by .06 cents! Yeah, believe me... These greedy guts wanna squeeze all they can from holiday travellers.. This is the first time, in a long time, that regular has been over $3.00, @ $3.07!

Paid $2.36 wednesday, same station now is $2.41
This will be a diary of sorts to see how much and how often gasoline rises in price. (or falls)
