Ummm, "B&M" in medical terms often refers to ye olde bowel movement...

But, in light of your question, referring to the collection of coins, it simply

is a shortcut to describe a "Brick and Mortar" shop.  An actual coin shoppee..

Sometimes, you'll run across B&M when folks are referring to Bowers & Merena.

It's a context thing!
