I am new to collecting coins but have many that I have just acumulated,some are key dates and condition seems exelent.is there a cost effective way to get coins graded ?? Thanks, Kevin

I recommend ANACS. They are inexpensive, quick and accurately detect problem coins. You will learn if your coins are genuine and if they have been cleaned or have any other problems.

Certain very high grade coins may be worth more in a PCGS holder. If it turns out you have a coin like that you can always spend the money to "cross at any grade." PCGS is likely to grade a bit tougher so the end result may be a point lower. Why not try ANACS and post your results here?

Let me say that I am in complete agreement with Carl's recommendation to use
ANACS!  Later, when you're more confident, and experienced, a direct
submission to PCGS would be in order.
