Hey, When are you going to ship it? - eBay phishing scheme

I just received the phishing email included below. The email address is obviously not eBay's (eBay [service-qvd4n5dmi7j@1528.secsite.seceb.com]). He is threatening to report me for non-shipment but has had zero activity with me in 90 days!   Interestingly I searched for maisoon1969 and found a user no longer registered. Apparently the name was registered in Florida over 5 years ago with a feedback rating of 2. Anyway watch yourselves, the Internet is like the wild, wild west in some ways!

When are you going to ship it? I've already sent the money. Please respond asap or i'll report you.

Here is a different variation I got today. It looks exactly like an "ask the seller a question" email. I checked the user and item number, both are bogus. I never click any links in the mail. To check it out I went directly to eBay and used their search feature. Oh, the threat to contact the FBI has me shaking in my boots. -- NOT!
