Im not sure but I know I go to my local banks and sometimes they have tons of 2009 pennys but never no dime though.

Yes


But they won't let you in unless you are a Federal Reserve Member. They will not deal with you unless you are a member so getting coins is out of the question.

Your best bet is to live in a Major Metropolitain area and have an account at a bank that does a LOT of coin deliveries. You'll probably have to be friends with someone that works those transactions  as well.
