...worth any premium in unopened, sealed, mint shipping boxes and eligible for
First Strike??

I have (3) of them, as described...  If someone had the raw Washington's I need for
the boy's Dansco, I would trade them...

Oh... Gem BU Blast White 1943-D and a 1951-S....   Wink

Got any pictures?

Sorry, I wouldn't consider unwrapping them to take pics..  They all look identical in pics, anyway.  I dare anyone
to choose a PR69DC photo from a PR70DC photo!  Notwithstanding "milk spots," that is...

At any rate, what I am interested in knowing, is having a "First Strike" certification worth any premium?

ASE's that are designated as "First Strike" tend to be worth a larger premium than non-first strike pieces. It's more of about the hype than actual scarcity.

Thanks.. Your thoughts are mine, as well.  I will just leave them in the orig mint packaging, for whatever might happen...
I have taped a copy of the mint sites description (and price) to the outside of the box.... For the kids, one day..who knows?

I'll have agree with Isaiah on this one.  What does 'First Strike' mean anyway, and how can you tell it's a 1st strike?

There is NO way to tell any difference were both examples raw, and placed side by side!  Hah...  But, once a TPG places
them into appropriately distinguished holders, one then becomes elevated to the stature of an all knowing.

Kinda like the saffron robed, old bald guy, who loses his Tibetian prayer wheel while jogging the Road to Mandalay...errr, China?

Where's Bob 'n Bing when 'ya need 'em?   Kiss
