Seated Liberty Dimes |
How To Order |
1837 No Stars Large Date
PCGS VF 30 |
Here is a sweet all original example of my favorite
Seated Liberty Variety. The lack of stars and legend keep the obverse clean
and uncluttered. $375 |
1853 Arrows NGC MS 63 |
This is a beautiful gem quality dime with a light
scratch on each side. A lustrous mint state 1853 dime like this one without
the scratches would cost thousands more. In 1853 the weight of the dime was
reduced and arrows were placed at the date to signify this change. $420 |
1853 Arrows PCGS AU 58 |
This example has full details and a nice strike.
A light rub on the high points of the design suggest this coin circulated
for a brief time.
In 1853 the weight of the dime was reduced and arrows were placed at the
date to signify this change. $225 |
1874 Arrows PCGS XF 45 |
The weight was changed again in 1875. $145 |
| 1891 |
Seated Liberty Dime. Date readable. AG3. $2 |

One of the many semi-key Barber dimes this
original example is conservatively graded VF 25 by PCGS. $395 |
1913 PCGS MS 64 |
This near gem Barber Dime has a touch of white patina with decent luster. $290 |

Mercury Dimes |
How To Order |
1917-S NGC MS 65 |
Here is a neat looking coin. It has a good, just miss FB,
strike and great toning with amber, reds and touches of blue. There is a
tiny die crack above the T in LIBERTY. $355 |

1938 NGC MS 67 Full Bands |
Nice coin with a touch of tan toning and patches
of russet at the rims. These photos don't do justice to the excellent
cartwheel luster. $165 |
1939 PCGS PR 66 |
Here is a magnificent Mercury dime. This
blindingly brilliant proof dime is gorgeous with no spots or haze. This is a
very low mintage coin with the Red Book (A
Guild Book of United States Coins") reporting only 9,321 minted. $400
-- On Hold |
1940 PCGS PR 65 |
This proof Mercury dime has light cameo frost which is
scarce for these coins. This one also has super mirror like fields. Less
than 12,000 proof dimes were minted in 1940. PQ. $475 |
1941-D PCGS MS 65 Full Bands |
This beautiful gem is bright and flashy. It has no
toning but does have excellent luster. I'm not sure why it didn't grade
higher but that helps you get the very best looks per dollar anywhere. $35 |
1942 PCGS PR 67 |
Flashy with a touch of amber rim toning. $475
-- On Hold |
1942-S NGC MS 67 Full Bands |
Speckles of amber toning with very good luster. $405 |

Silver Roosevelt. High quality Gem BU (brilliant
uncirculated). $2 |
1950 NGC PF 67 Cameo |
This good looking coin has a little mint luster in the
fields. There is a small spot to the right of Roosevelt's head. $165 |
1956 NGC PF 68 Ultra Cameo |
This Proof Roosevelt dime has very frosty
devices. They are frostier than on any 1956 Proof dime I've handled. The
fields are deeply reflective. There is strong blue album toning on the
reverse. $590 |
